Nothing much to post about..Alot of things on my mind..I just hope to get things settled and get my bike on track once more..(No, no on track on track..It's just a figure of speech..)

Yesterday had a Lady Rider's Outing..EXCLUSIVEly the Ladies..Lol..It was great meeting up with loads of other lady riders.. Hehe=)

going out with the girls makes me realise i miss another group of people. unfortunately, things changed. so i guess i gotta live with it =(

It's these small little things!! they are just heaven!!! fiery heaven!! *DROOLS* i'm jus freaking wayyy addicted to it..if something tat is nicer spicy aint spicy, it aint tat nice to eat..hehehe..and a favourite of mine is one that uses alot and lots of cili padi, tomato, onion and some udang kering pulped into a mixture..it looks harmless, but a tiny bit can b really potently spicy!! *yums*

and and and..

10. CHILLI PADI - this tiny hot chillies contain capsaicin and resiniferatoxin on skin cancer cells and it kills the cancer cells by starving them of oxygen.
