crash course

Day started like any other..Almost..

Had a course today..EDI related..Us 6 key person and our 2 managers went for it..Initally I tot it was 5..But ehy..Then there's 8..Cool..Haha..

Woke up at um..6 or 7..Or somewhere in between..Went to Aida's block as her dad's has been nice to send us to kallang..Well, only 4 of us were able to get in the cab - Aida, Darin, Tehreem & me..Fatin & Filz took another cab frm their place..D managers had their own transport..

We reached before 9..The others after that..The trainer ran into some problems so we had started at 10 instead of 9..Had our lunch break at 12.30..Our dear managers made a great effort to buy our lunch from the nearest coffee shop, as our dear Darin couldnt make that distance with her leg injured..We had a 'helping' of Tom & Jerry too during lunch..Lols..Then after lunch we continued our course way til 4.30..

Haha, course suppose to be 9 to 5..End up it was 10 to 4.30..haha..Then we went home, the way we came there..

We had our laughs and fun..It was only us frm GR there, so the environment was pretty relaxed..We joked around alot, with ourselves, with the trainer, and amongst ourselves..We took pictures, and videos..Ahaks..I'll put up the collage soon..Heehs..

Well, honestly I had enjoyed myself during the course..But of course, the energy I spent on concentrating on the course and answering most of the questions made me feel like a deflated ball at the end of the day..Despite answering most of the questions, I still dunno the answer to this questions:

Why, when people know the answer, they just keep mum?

Ok, so there might be some who dont know or dont know how to answer it..I have that problem too, alot..The thing is, the trainer asked the questions, and waited for our answer, and we waited for her to give the answer, and we waited..So what the heck sia..So I had no choice but to give a try, unlike to some who don't even try..

Ya, I know it's hard to talk in front of people, but at least this is not as if we are with people we don't even know..Heck, it's our friends we've been working with for a long time..haiz..I still don't understand though..Come on, is it so hard to be an active audience?

For me I just don't see no point in not answering when you don't know..It's not as if to be proud and arrogant or action, but some one's gotta take the initiative right? Further more, the trainer most probably cant move on with her lesson if we keep stalling..Hurghs..

The funny thing is, most of them are of a higher rank then me, have more working experience then me, and most probably attend more trainings then me..Haiz..Well, I obviously dont expect the managers to answer, cuz of sourse they'd know..They just come along to give us a helping hand..

Well, another thing I dont understand..Why people like to make things more complicated?? There's one or two simple solution to a simple question, but is there a need to make it more complicated? Ok, so I'm not making sense here, but I don't wanna quote the example..Urghs..
