I slept at 7.30 pm yesterday evening..
I woke up at 6.30 am this morning..
and guess wad? i have been yawning and feeling tired despite the 11 hour sleep..

i've tried sleeping at 3am and waking up at 1pm..
i've tried sleeping at 12am and waking up at 10am..
i've tried sleeping at 10pm and waking up at 10am..
but i've never tried sleeping at 7.30pm and waking up at 6.30am..

you know what's the similarity of these sleeping times??
you dun feel quite tired and not much rested despite the long hours of sleep..
you know why? cuz it's the wrong time to sleep..
i just found that out..

the best time to sleep?
10pm to 6am..

i woke up at 2am last night thinking it was 6am..found out it was only 2..then i went back to sleep with a sigh, feeling like 6 am is soooo far away..woke up a few times after dat..in the end, i woke up at 6.45, still feel like sleeping..thus i was late for school..
